6. INTERNATIONAL / OUT-OF-COUNTRY ACCESS
International matchmaking access begins from the Gold Membership (NPR 5,000).
The following memberships include international/out-of-country matchmaking access:
International access means that eligible members may be introduced to or communicate with suitable members residing outside Nepal, subject to profile availability, verification, user preferences, and SetMandu's operational coverage.
International access does not guarantee a match, response, relationship, visa, employment opportunity, migration opportunity, financial benefit, or marriage.

7. MATCHMAKING OPPORTUNITIES
The number of potential matches or introductions associated with a membership represents potential matchmaking opportunities and is subject to the availability of suitable profiles.
SetMandu does not guarantee that every suggested profile will:
- Accept an introduction
- Respond to communication
- Continue communication
- Enter into a relationship
- Agree to marriage
- Result in a successful marriage

8. MEMBERSHIP PRIORITY
Higher membership levels may receive greater matchmaking priority and enhanced assistance.

International access becomes available only after the user's account is successfully upgraded to an eligible international membership, beginning with Gold.

Not using the membership service does not automatically create a right to a refund.
